Description

The Saro EPS 900 G is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter with a glass-covered topping rail, for pizzerias, restaurants, snack bars and catering operations. Two doors open onto a 198 litre net stainless steel interior on two height-adjustable grids (333 x 530 mm) with support rails, and the granite worktop carries a raised rail for up to five 1/6 GN containers up to 150 mm deep (not included).

It is statically cooled with a circulating air fan and an evaporator foamed on three sides, rated for ambient temperatures of 16 to 38 °C and holding +2 to +8 °C under digital DIXELL/Copeland control with automatic defrost. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.175 kW; external dimensions 900 x 700 x 861/1086 mm, net weight 81 kg; refrigerant R600a; energy consumption about 2.2 kWh per 24 hours. Saro advises against resting heavy objects on the glass cover.
