Description
The Saro GFT46L is a gas griddle plate from the Saro 600 line, built for professional grilling and frying in restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens and catering operations as part of a modular cooking line. The griddle plate is smooth, 400 x 510 mm, in oiled steel that develops a natural patina, set in an AISI 304 stainless steel housing with a removable grease collection tray. A piezoelectric igniter lights the pilot flame, and the cooking surface runs from 150 to 300 °C.
It is preset for natural gas H with propane nozzles included, and the connectable design (bridging bars optionally available) lets it link into a longer cooking line; a splash guard is optionally available. External dimensions are 400 x 600 x 460 mm including the chimney (270 mm without it), net weight 40 kg. Saro offers on-site service on this model. The larger GFT66L and GFT106L can be selected above.
