Description

The Saro FCES-2x2 is a stainless steel julienne disc, an accessory for professional vegetable processing in restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering operations and canteens. It cuts vegetables into 2 by 2 mm strips, for use in a compatible vegetable cutter.

External dimensions are 206 x 183 x 39 mm, with a net weight of 0.36 kg. The 2 by 4 mm and 2 by 6 mm versions can be selected above.
