Description
The Saro CK-24V is a combination cutter and vegetable slicer for professional food preparation in restaurants, commercial kitchens, canteens, catering operations and food-processing facilities. It combines both functions in one space-saving unit, with a 4.4 litre bowl and an hourly output of 50 to 350 kg, and runs with adjustable speed. The top unit is glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene, with a Tritan bowl and a base in glass-fibre-reinforced PBT and PC.
It runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase supply at 1.1 kW. External dimensions are 378 x 309 x 533 mm, with a net weight of 11.9 kg.
