Description
The Saro EPS 903 G is a refrigerated pizza preparation counter with a glass-covered topping rail, for pizzerias, restaurants, snack bars and catering operations. Three doors open onto a 350 litre net stainless steel interior on three height-adjustable grids (333 x 530 mm) with support rails, and the granite worktop carries a raised rail for up to eight 1/6 GN containers up to 150 mm deep (not included).
It is statically cooled with a circulating air fan and an evaporator foamed on three sides, rated for ambient temperatures of 16 to 38 °C and holding +2 to +8 °C under digital DIXELL/Copeland control with automatic defrost. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.28 kW; external dimensions 1368 x 700 x 861/1086 mm, net weight 104 kg; refrigerant R290; energy consumption about 3.5 kWh per 24 hours. Saro advises against resting heavy objects on the glass cover.
