Description
The Saro ED4 is an electric doner kebab and gyros grill for kitchens without a gas connection, with four serpentine heating elements and a slowly rotating skewer for even cooking of larger quantities. The heating unit is movable so the distance to the meat can be adjusted, and it holds up to 80 kg of meat with a keep-warm function and a socket for a doner knife.
The housing is stainless steel with a fat collection tray for clean working. Connection 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, 7.2 kW; external dimensions 530 x 650 x 1070 mm, net weight 35.3 kg. The compact ED3 can be selected above.
