Description
The Saro ED3 is an electric doner kebab and gyros grill for kitchens without a gas connection, with three serpentine heating elements and a slowly rotating skewer for even cooking. The heating unit is movable so the distance to the meat can be adjusted, and it holds up to 40 kg of meat with a keep-warm function and a socket for a doner knife.
The housing is stainless steel with a fat collection tray for clean working. Connection 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, 5.4 kW; external dimensions 530 x 650 x 780 mm, net weight 29.7 kg. The larger ED4 can be selected above.
