Description

The Saro E7/CUI4BBL is a countertop induction range for restaurants, commercial kitchens, canteens and production kitchens. It has four induction zones of 3.5 kW each, with Ø 230 mm cooking plates across a 700 x 550 mm cooking field, a digital display and electronic temperature control for a fast, controlled response. The housing is stainless steel, with cool-grip handles and controls made from heat-resistant material.

It is rated for 0 to 300 °C. Connection 400 V, 50-60 Hz, 14 kW; external dimensions 800 x 700 x 270 mm, net weight 55 kg, gross weight 61 kg.
