Description
The Saro E7/CVE4BB is a countertop ceramic hob for professional kitchens that need a smooth, electrically heated cooking surface. It has four cooking zones of 2.5 kW each, with Ø 230 mm outer and Ø 145 mm inner cooking plates across a 700 x 560 mm cooking field. The housing is stainless steel, with cool-grip handles and controls made from heat-resistant material.
It is rated for 0 to 300 °C. Connection 400 V, 50-60 Hz, 10 kW; external dimensions 800 x 700 x 270 mm, net weight 50 kg, gross weight 51 kg. As a countertop unit it needs a stand or worktop at the correct height; the matching E7/KNN2BA and E7/KNN2CA underframes can be selected as accessories below.
