Description
The Saro DRESDEN is a hood-type dishwasher for restaurants, hotels, canteens and commercial kitchens with higher volumes of washware, with digital boiler and tank thermostats. The stainless steel housing and flushing arm sit behind a 400 mm door clearance, and the machine takes a standard 500 x 500 mm dishwasher rack, covering crockery up to 400 mm high and glasses up to 395 mm high. A waterproof IP44 wash pump runs three rinse cycles of 60, 120 or 180 seconds, and a waste water pump and dirt filter are included.
The boiler holds 7.4 litres at 85°C with a 7.5 kW element, the tank holds 58 litres at 58°C with a 6 kW element, and the connection is 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, at 8.6 kW. External dimensions are 750 x 880 x 1390 mm with the hood closed, rising to 1830 mm open, and net weight is 80 kg.
