Description
The Saro Cologne is a pot washer for commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotel kitchens, production kitchens and other dishwashing areas where larger pots, containers and kitchen utensils need cleaning. The double-walled body is AISI 304 stainless steel, and the machine takes baskets up to 600 x 400 mm with a loading height of 440 mm. Three wash cycles of 2, 4 or 6 minutes cover different levels of soiling, and drain, detergent and rinse aid pumps are built in.
Tank capacity is 57 litres, running at 90 to 105°C, and the connection is 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, at 7.1 kW. External dimensions are 595 x 730 x 1340 mm and net weight is 111 kg.
