Description

The Saro B-200 is a long-handled brass brush for sweeping flour and burnt residue off the hearth of a pizza oven, the tool Saro names for cleaning the fireclay bricks of its PALERMO ovens. The head is anodised aluminium with brass bristles on a wooden handle, 1610 mm long, so the back of a deck can be reached without leaning into the heat.

Sweep the bricks only when they are dry and cold, as Saro advises for its ovens, and the brush keeps the baking surface clean between batches. Head width 200 mm, net weight 0.5 kg.
