Description

The Saro BE-40 is a floor-standing planetary mixer for restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, commercial kitchens and catering operations, built for kneading, mixing and stirring doughs and mixtures in daily service. It handles doughs of up to 12 kg and comes with three attachments, a dough hook, mixing paddle and flat beater, so one machine covers several jobs. Mixer speed runs from 85 to 348 rpm under electronic speed control, with a timer from 0 to 30 minutes.

The housing is steel, and the bowl and safety guard are stainless steel. Connection is 230 V, 50 to 60 Hz, 1.4 kW; external dimensions are 586 x 777 x 1202 mm and net weight is 116 kg. The smaller BE-10, BE-20 and BE-30 can be selected above.
