Description
Description
The Saro PR 10 is a tabletop planetary mixer for professional kitchens, handling up to 3 kg of dough in its 10-litre stainless steel bowl across three speed settings at 0.45 kW. It runs on standard single-phase 230 V mains, making it easy to drop into any bakery, café, hotel kitchen or small restaurant without dedicated electrical work.
The powder-coated steel housing is built for daily use, while the bowl, safety guard and all mixing attachments are stainless steel for hygiene and durability. Three attachments are included out of the box — a beater, dough hook and balloon whisk — covering the full range of mixing, kneading and aerating tasks from bread doughs to creams and meringues.
Compact enough to sit on a prep counter at 445 × 366 × 645 mm, the PR 10 is a practical choice for operations that need reliable planetary mixing without committing to a full floor-standing machine.
