Description
The Saro BC 3100 is a back-bar cooler for bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, event areas and beverage service, with 3 self-closing doors and 6 height-adjustable grids of 430 x 395 mm giving 537 litres gross and 355 litres net. The black stove-enamelled steel housing and light alloy interior are matched with digital temperature control and 40 mm insulation.
It is forced-air cooled with automatic defrost, rated for +2 to +8 °C, refrigerant R600a. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.32 kW; external dimensions 2002 x 513 x 860 mm, internal 1622 x 415 x 720 mm, net weight 106 kg. The 2-door BC 2100 and 4-door BC 4100 can be selected above.
