Description
The Saro BC 2100 is a back-bar cooler for professional use in bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, event areas and beverage service, built for chilled storage and easy access to bottles and beverages directly in the work area. It has 2 self-closing doors and 4 height-adjustable grids of 430 x 395 mm, giving 350 litres gross and 226 litres net; the black stove-enamelled steel housing and light alloy interior are matched with digital temperature control and 40 mm insulation.
It is forced-air cooled with automatic defrost, rated for +2 to +8 °C, refrigerant R600a. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.32 kW; external dimensions 1462 x 513 x 860 mm, internal 1082 x 415 x 720 mm, net weight 89 kg. The 3-door BC 3100 and 4-door BC 4100 can be selected above.
