The Saro aluminium baking tray is an accessory for Saro's convection and combination ovens, used for baking, heating and preparing food. This 1/1 GN version is sized for the MID 4 and MID 6 ovens, measuring 530 x 325 mm.
It weighs 0.5 kg net (0.7 kg gross) and is made of aluminium in Italy. Saro also makes matching aluminium trays in 2/3 GN and bakery format, and a version for the EKO 595.
