Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Truffle Slicer A1720000 has a stainless steel plain blade and a rosewood handle usable from either side, for cutting truffles and hard cheese into paper-thin shavings at the table.

The handle is Pterocarpus antunesii rosewood from Zambia. Wood is a natural material, so its colour and grain vary from piece to piece and no two handles look exactly alike.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutlery and kitchen tools in Premana, Italy, since 1864, and the company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018. The same slicer is also made with a waved blade (A1721000) and with olive wood and fumigated oak handles.
