Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Sardine Fillet Slicer A5493000 is a stainless steel wire tool with a 5.5 cm (2") cutting wire for filleting sardines and other small fish by hand. Drawing the taut wire along the backbone frees the fillet from the bone in one motion, a task a knife blade struggles to repeat cleanly on small fish.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional knives and kitchen tools in Premana, Italy, since 1864 and applies the same finishing standards to its accessories range. The tool complies with EU food-contact regulations (MOCA) and is made under the manufacturer's ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 certification.

Who can place an order on the website?

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

We show both: the main price includes VAT for your selected delivery country, and the smaller price excludes VAT. Use “Deliver to” to choose your delivery country. Where VAT cannot yet be calculated, the price label says so and tax is calculated at checkout. Eligible cross-border EU business purchases may qualify for VAT exemption after a valid VAT number is checked at checkout.
