Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Wire Cheese Cutter A1816000 is a two-handed cutter with an 80 cm wire and a white plastic handle at each end, for cutting through large cheese wheels and blocks in a kitchen, deli or cheese-ageing room.

One person pulls the wire through the cheese from either handle, or two people can work from opposite ends for the largest wheels.
