Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Cheese Plug A1813015 is a stainless steel tool with a 15 cm cannula for boring a core sample out of a wheel of hard cheese, for tasting, checking ripeness or displaying at a cheese counter.

It is part of the Ambrogio Sanelli cheese accessories range, built for preparing and serving cheese with precision alongside tools for fish preparation and fruit and vegetable work in professional kitchens.

The same plug is also made with 11 cm and 13 cm cannulas, for sampling smaller wheels of hard cheese at the counter or in the cheese room.
