Supra Cheese Knife ST96011B, 11 cm, Black

The Supra Cheese Knife ST96011B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a professional 11 cm cheese knife with a double-pointed, smooth blade and a black SEBS handle, for use at an individual prep station. The two points lift and place cut portions of cheese without touching them by hand.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The handle is ergonomic and anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and has a smooth guard for better hygiene.

All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, and the knife complies with current food safety and hygiene regulations.
