Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Basic Carving Tool Set A1201000 gives a cook the three most essential blade shapes for carving and decorating fruit and vegetables: a Thai-style carving knife, a U-shaped carving tool and a V-shaped carving tool. It is a starting set for garde manger and buffet decoration work.

All three tools are made of hardened stainless steel with non-slip Santoprene handles, so the set can be used through a full service without the grip becoming slippery.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting and kitchen tools in Italy since 1864. A 20-piece Artist set (A1202000) and an 8-piece set (A1203000) extend the same carving range.
