Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Artist Carving Tool Set A1202000 is a 20-piece professional kit for carving and decorating fruit and vegetables, supplied in a roll-up pouch with a hook for hanging. The pouch has one extra pocket sized for a carving knife and a second pocket for the smaller tools, so the whole set stays organised between jobs.

All 20 tools are made of tempered stainless steel with non-slip Santoprene handles, and the set is dishwasher safe, which keeps the tools hygienic between uses on a buffet or garde manger station.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting and kitchen tools in Italy since 1864. A smaller 3-piece Basic set (A1201000) and an 8-piece set (A1203000) cover the same carving range.
