Maxima Salamander Grill with Lift, 790 x 320 mm, 5.6 kW

The Maxima salamander grill with lift grills, gratins, glazes, warms up and defrosts food in professional kitchens, with even heat held at a constant low temperature set on the rotary knob. A lift lever brings the heating elements down closer to the food instead of moving the shelf, which suits gratins, and the top is raised again with the same lever. Durable alloy heating elements sit above the stainless steel grid, a temperature indicator shows the setting, a polished reflector spreads the heat evenly, and a stainless steel crumb tray underneath collects food residue.

Connection 400 V, three-phase, 5.6 kW. External dimensions 800 x 450 x 530 mm, net weight 63 kg. The handle is insulating Bakelite, the grid and crumb tray are dishwasher safe, and the unit stands on four rubber feet with an infinite switch for continuous running.
