The Maxima salamander grill grills, gratins, glazes, warms up and defrosts food in professional kitchens, keeping dishes warm after preparation while even heat holds a constant low temperature set with the rotary knob. The stainless steel grid is height-adjustable so you can work in any position, and the unit can be hung up or placed on a table. Durable alloy heating elements sit above the grid, a temperature indicator shows the setting, and a stainless steel crumb tray underneath collects food residue.
