Description

The Lainox Sapiens SAG202B is a gas combi oven (direct steam, no boiler) for high-volume professional kitchens, handling up to 20 × GN2/1 trays — or 40 × GN1/1 — and capable of serving 300 to 500 meals per service. Three cooking modes — convection, steam, and combination — cover the full range of kitchen tasks, from roasting and baking to steaming and regeneration.

Steam is managed by Ecovapor, which actively recognises and regulates the moisture level inside the chamber to cut water and energy consumption, while Autoclima handles automatic humidity control throughout the cooking cycle. Up to 99 recipes can be stored directly on the unit, and the 3.5" LCD colour screen with scroller push switches makes programming straightforward even during a busy service. The LM2 automatic cleaning system minimises downtime between shifts.

The SAG202B suits large restaurants, hotel kitchens, central production facilities and catering operations where consistent, high-throughput cooking is non-negotiable. It is a core unit in the Lainox Sapiens range, engineered for kitchens that demand reliability and precise process control at scale.
