Description

The Lainox Sapiens SAG101B is a 10 x 1/1 GN gas combi oven for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and large-scale food production, delivering 25 kW of gas output across three cooking modes — convection (up to 300 °C), steam (up to 130 °C), and combination — to handle 80–150 meals per service. Steam is generated via an integrated boiler with built-in limescale (Calout) protection, and six selectable fan speeds with auto-reverse rotation give chefs precise airflow control for uniform results across all ten trays.

Control is handled through manual electronic controls with a 3.5-inch LCD-TFT colour display and scroller knob, backed by 99 programmable cooking programmes (up to 9 cycles each) and 95 factory presets — all accessible in 29 interface languages and transferable via USB for HACCP logging and recipe management. The fully rounded, watertight AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel chamber is lit by LED lighting and cleaned automatically by the VCS Vapor Clean System, which offers seven wash programmes and ships with a CDL05 detergent cartridge included.

Certified to CE, DVGW, Energy Star, Intertek (US & CA) and ISO 9001/45001/14001 standards, the SAG101B accepts natural gas (G20) and LPG (G30/G31) and is designed for straightforward maintenance via EMA Easy Maintenance Access from the front and right-hand side — suited to busy kitchens where uptime matters.
