The controller adds Bluetooth and NFC connectivity for HACCP-compliant data export straight from a phone, and a self-installed door pedal is available for hands-free opening.
Catering-grade stainless steel construction and strong wheels make it easy to roll out for a deep clean, ventilated cooling keeps every shelf at an even temperature, and a lock secures the contents overnight. The maintenance-free condenser and self-closing door keep day-to-day running simple for a busy kitchen, with noise around 49 dB(A) on 8.24 kWh/24h.
