This 954L gastronorm freezer holds -22/-18°C behind a solid door, with adjustable GN2/1-dimensioned shelves so GN pans slot in without any awkward repacking. The controller adds Bluetooth and NFC connectivity for HACCP-compliant data export straight from a phone, and a self-installed door pedal is available for hands-free opening.
Catering-grade stainless steel construction and strong wheels make it easy to roll out for a deep clean, and ventilated cooling keeps every shelf at an even temperature. It is also the more efficient build in the range, rated energy class B against the standard class C sibling of the same capacity, for a lower running cost over the cabinet's working life at 4.83 kWh/24h and 48 dB(A).
