Description
The Rational iCombi Pro 10-1/1 is a 10-level GN 1/1 electric combi-steamer built for high-volume professional kitchens handling 80–150 meals per day, drawing 18.9 kW connected load at 400 V across both its 18 kW steam and 18 kW convection circuits. It operates across the full 30–260 °C range and is certified ENERGY STAR, making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, central production kitchens and catering operations where throughput and energy accountability matter.
Control is handled by the iCookingSuite touchscreen interface, offering seven operating modes, four cooking methods, iProductionManager for parallel batch coordination, and a six-point core temperature probe with automatic error correction for precise results without constant supervision. Connectivity is built in — integrated Ethernet and WLAN link the unit to the ConnectedCooking cloud platform for remote monitoring and recipe management.
Maintenance is kept lean by the iCareSystem, which provides nine cleaning programmes including a 12-minute ultrafast clean and unsupervised overnight descaling cycles — critical for busy operations that cannot afford extended downtime between services.
