Description

The Maxima pot washer takes a 70 x 70 cm basket for pots, pans, GN containers, kitchen utensils and bakery or butcher's tools that do not fit a standard dishwasher. It runs four wash programmes of 120, 240, 360 and 720 seconds from a digital control panel, washing at 60°C and rinsing at 80°C, and is supplied with one dishwasher basket. It does not come with drain, rinse aid or soap pumps as standard, and it operates on three-phase power only.

Connection 400 V, 10.7 kW (8.0 kW tank element, 8.0 kW boiler element, 0.6 kW wash pump), water consumption 4 L a cycle. External dimensions 880 x 860 x 2050 mm, net weight 170 kg. It is a heavy unit, so plan the installation position before delivery.
