Description

The Maxima pot washer takes a 50 x 60 cm basket for pots, pans, GN containers, kitchen utensils and bakery or butcher's tools that do not fit a standard dishwasher. It runs three wash programmes of 120, 240 and 480 seconds from a digital control panel, washing at 60°C and rinsing at 80°C, and is supplied with one dishwasher basket. It does not come with soap, rinse aid or drain pumps as standard, and it operates on three-phase power only.

Connection 400 V, 6.7 kW (2.1 kW tank element, 6.0 kW boiler element, 0.7 kW wash pump), water consumption 4 L a cycle. External dimensions 600 x 710 x 1250 mm, net weight 63 kg. It is a heavy unit, so plan the installation position before delivery.
