REDFOX Pizza Oven E 4, 1 Chamber, 4 x 33 cm

The REDFOX E 4 is an electric pizza oven with one chamber for pizzerias, restaurants and catering kitchens. It holds four 33 cm pizzas in total, on a 14 mm stone plate at the bottom. The chamber measures 700 x 700 x 150 mm. Temperature is set from 50 to 450 °C with a mechanical control and read on an analogue thermometer, and an indicator shows when the oven is operating.

Connection 400 V / 3N, 50 Hz, 4.8 kW. External dimensions 980 x 908 x 412 mm, net weight 78 kg. The door has a handle running the full length of the door, in stainless steel. Interior lighting, an adjustable chimney for moisture extraction and steam protection are fitted, the controls are protected to IPX4, and a safety thermostat is included. The exterior is black and the interior stainless steel. The 4, 6 and 9 pizza sizes can be selected above.
