Description

The RM Gastro P 4 is an electric 1 chamber pizza oven built in stainless steel, holding 4x 33 cm pizza stone bases per the manufacturer's capacity rating.

It measures 975 x 835 x 412 mm net and weighs 78 kg net (90 kg packed), and runs on 400 V / 3N - 50 Hz drawing 4.8 kW, with a temperature range of 50-450°C, IPX4-protected controls, an analog thermometer and interior lighting.
