Description

The OVE Fjord Gold dessert knife measures 200 mm and is made from 3 mm thick 18/0 stainless steel with a matt PVD finish in gold. It completes the dessert place setting alongside the dessert fork and dessert spoon.

Every piece in the Fjord Gold range shares the same 3 mm thick, 18/0 stainless steel body and matt gold PVD finish, built for the intensive use of a catering kitchen while looking equally at home on a hotel or restaurant table. It is supplied in cases of 12, so front-of-house can restock a full cover from one Fjord Gold order.
