The OVE Fjord Gold cake fork measures 153 mm and is made from 3 mm thick 18/0 stainless steel with a matt PVD finish in gold. Its short tines suit cutting and lifting cake or pastry at a café or dessert cover.
Every piece in the Fjord Gold range shares the same 3 mm thick, 18/0 stainless steel body and matt gold PVD finish, built for the intensive use of a catering kitchen while looking equally at home on a hotel or restaurant table. It is supplied in cases of 12, so front-of-house can restock a full cover from one Fjord Gold order.
