Nordiska Plast Shopping Basket Super, 27 L

The Nordiska Plast Super is the favourite shopping basket of grocery stores and Nordiska Plast's bestseller. With a volume of 27 litres it is a full-grown basket, sized for groceries and other supermarket goods. A large base and straight walls keep the contents standing steadily, and the sturdy handle gives a safe, comfortable grip.

The basket measures 480 × 330 × 250 mm and weighs 680 g. The body is moulded in polypropylene and the black handle in glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene. Nordiska Plast makes the Super in eight standard colours (white, black, red, blue, dark green, light green, light grey and dark grey) and can supply other colours and printed logos for larger orders, so the basket can become a decorative feature of the store and reinforce its brand profile.

Nordiska Plast produced one of the world's first plastic shopping baskets in the early 1960s and still makes them at its own facility in Gislaved, Sweden. The Super fits the Nordiska Plast Robust trolley, which turns it into a rolling basket.
