Description
The Neumärker Pineapple Peeler is a manual, lever-operated tabletop fruit and vegetable cutter designed for high-volume pineapple peeling and coring in professional kitchens, hotel buffets, and catering operations. Built from stainless steel and accepting fruit up to 150 mm in diameter, it processes whole pineapples cleanly and quickly — output drops directly into a standard 1/1 GN container (not included) for immediate service or prep use.
Operator safety is built in: a safety lock engages automatically after the lever is lifted, guarding against accidental contact with the 89 mm cutting blade. Rated for professional use by trained personnel only, the machine is a dependable addition to any busy prep station where consistency and throughput matter.
