Description

The Maitre Carving Set MX02S02B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a 2-piece gift box pairing a carving knife with a forged carving fork, for portioning roasts and joints at the table in restaurants, hotels and catering operations.

Both pieces are forged from a single piece of special nitrogen stainless steel with a full tang, and the knife blade receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black POM handles are riveted with hand-inserted stainless steel rivets for a secure, hygienic grip, and the knife blade carries a laser-printed logo with its product code and batch number.

Designed and forged in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The set is presented in a gift box, suited to carving service or as a gift for hospitality buyers.
