Description
The Maitre Knife Gift Set MX03S03B from Ambrogio Sanelli is a 3-piece gift box combining a bread knife, a carving knife and a chef's knife, covering bread slicing, portioning and general prep in one case for restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens.
Each blade is forged from a single piece of special nitrogen stainless steel with a full tang, and every piece receives a laser-controlled final sharpening for a long-lasting edge. The black POM handles are riveted with hand-inserted stainless steel rivets for a secure, hygienic grip, and each blade carries a laser-printed logo with its product code and batch number.
Designed and forged in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864. The chef's knife in this set (MC49019B) is also sold on its own, and the set is presented in a gift box suited to equipping a new kitchen or as a gift for hospitality buyers.
