Description
The Lainox Oracle XS (ORXSTR) is a countertop high speed oven combining microwave, fan-assisted convection and impingement into a single 17.3 L cavity — delivering full cook results in a footprint of just 356 × 588 mm. Running on a standard 13A plug at 2.8 kW, it installs anywhere on a counter with no water connection and no extraction hood required, making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotel grab-and-go stations, cafés and dark kitchens where space and utility access are limited.
The patented Oracle Washable Box (OWB) gives the oven a removable, Teflon-lined chamber that lifts out for cleaning without plumbing, while the Oracle Odorless System (OOS) — a platinum-particle labyrinth baffle catalyst — handles steam, grease and odours passively with no routine maintenance. Recipes are managed through a 7-inch colour capacitive touch screen and synchronised across multiple units via the free Lainox Nabook plus cloud platform over Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
