Lainox High Speed Oven Oracle XS ORXSTR, Red, 3.6 kW

The Lainox Oracle XS is a countertop high speed oven for restaurants, cafés, hotels and quick-service kitchens that need fast, versatile cooking without a dedicated extraction hood or water connection. Its 280 x 300 mm cooking chamber combines fan-assisted convection, microwave and impingement heat simultaneously in High Speed Oven mode, covering 100–300°C, or runs in Combi Wave mode as a convection oven, a microwave, or a combination of the two across 30–300°C. Total electrical power is 3.6 kW at 16 A on a 1N AC 230 V, 50 Hz supply.

The 1-mm-thick AISI 304 stainless steel chamber is diamond-patterned with fully rounded edges, and the built-in Oracle Odorless System (OOS) — a maintenance-free catalyst filter — handles steam, grease and odours without a hood or flue, rated IPX3 against water spray. Recipes are managed through a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with a choice of 29 languages, and the oven connects via Wi-Fi and USB to the free Lainox Nabook Plus cloud platform for recipe management and HACCP logging (Ethernet available as an accessory). A removable Teflon-coated Oracle Washable Box (OWB) for tool-free chamber cleaning is available as an accessory on Oracle XS.
