Description
The Lainox Oracle M is a countertop high-speed combination oven for cafés, hotels, restaurants and quick-service operations that need rapid, consistent results in tight spaces. It combines microwave energy, fan-assisted convection and impingement in a single 17.3 L cavity running on a standard 230 V single-phase supply at just 2.8 kW — no water connection, no extraction hood required. The patented OOS (Oracle Odorless System) catalyst filter with platinum particles handles odours maintenance-free, while the OWB (Oracle Washable Box) removable Teflon-coated chamber makes daily cleaning fast and tool-free.
Operation is managed through a 7-inch colour touchscreen with stored cooking programmes, and the oven connects to the free Lainox Nabook Plus cloud platform via Wi-Fi or Ethernet for recipe synchronisation and kitchen management across multiple sites. With a cooking range from 30 °C up to 300 °C and a compact 356 mm footprint, the Oracle M fits front-of-house counters, ghost kitchens and high-volume snack bars where speed and flexibility matter without demanding a dedicated ventilated kitchen space.
