Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Kitchen Shears A1553000 are stainless steel scissors, 19 cm (7½") overall length, made to come apart into two halves for thorough cleaning between uses.

All-stainless construction and the divisible (smontabile) design mean there is no fixed pivot for food residue to collect around, which matters when the same pair is used across different ingredients during a shift.

The same divisible, come-apart design is also sold as the slightly larger 20.5 cm Kitchen Scissors, A1555000B, for kitchens that want the two sizes side by side.
