Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli All Duty Scissors A1500000B are stainless steel kitchen scissors with a micro-serrated (microdentata) edge, 21 cm (8") overall length, made for general cutting tasks in a professional kitchen, from opening packaging to trimming herbs and poultry.

The blade is stainless steel and the handle is nylon, part of the same nylon-handled range as the 19 cm and 15.5 cm Kitchen Scissors (A1501000B, A1502000B). The micro-serrated edge grips as it cuts, so the blades do not slip on smooth or fibrous foods.

The same nylon-handled design is also sold in two smaller sizes: the 19 cm Kitchen Scissors (A1501000B) and the 15.5 cm Kitchen Scissors (A1502000B), for lighter prep work at the pass or bar.
