Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Kitchen Scissors A1502000B are compact stainless steel scissors, 15.5 cm (6") overall length, sized for light prep work at the pass or on a bar: cutting garnish, opening sachets and trimming small items.

The blade is stainless steel and the handle is nylon, part of the same range as the 21 cm All Duty Scissors (A1500000B) and the 19 cm Kitchen Scissors (A1501000B).

The same nylon-handled design is also sold as the 21 cm All Duty Scissors, A1500000B, and the 19 cm Kitchen Scissors, A1501000B.
