Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-PLUS-HCTD M120, 120 Diners

The PLUS series combines a grill and oven in a self-contained unit featuring a robust frame, an insulated casing and a servo-assisted door, ensuring safe, long-lasting and reliable operation. Its system allows for maximum temperature control, ensuring a distinctive charcoal-grilled flavour with every serving.

This is the warming cabinet, table, drawer configuration, size M120. The grill measures 510 × 760 mm. Josper rates it for up to 120 diners a service.

External dimensions are 1040 × 1830 × 725 mm. Tongs, poker, brush, two grill racks and wheels are supplied with it. The door is available in seven colours.

Josper does not currently supply a photograph of the M120 in this configuration. The image shown is the L175, which shares the same 1040 mm width and 1830 mm depth and differs only in height.
