Description

The PLUS series combines a grill and oven in a self-contained unit featuring a robust frame, an insulated casing and a servo-assisted door, ensuring safe, long-lasting and reliable operation. Its system allows for maximum temperature control, ensuring a distinctive charcoal-grilled flavour with every serving.

This is the warming cabinet, table base and drawer configuration, size L175. The grill measures 760 × 760 mm. Josper rates it for up to 175 diners a service.

External dimensions are 1040 × 1830 × 975 mm. Tongs, poker, brush, two grill racks and wheels are supplied with it. The door is available in seven colours.
