Japanese-style Santoku knife with an 18 cm double-edge blade and a hexagonal maple handle
Description
The Hexagon Santoku Knife XJ50018C from Ambrogio Sanelli is a Japanese-style general-purpose knife with an 18 cm (7") blade, 2.5 mm thick, ground with a symmetric, double-edge profile. The wide blade with a rounded tip is built for chopping, slicing and dicing meat, fish and vegetables in a professional kitchen.
The blade is special nitrogen stainless steel with a semi-polished finish and a long-lasting laser-printed logo carrying batch information. The distinctive hexagonal handle is crafted from maple wood, with a thermo-treated beech wood tang for added durability, for a secure grip during long prep sessions. The Hexagon range is made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.
