Maxima Heavy Duty Griddle, Smooth Chrome, Single Unit, Gas

The Maxima Heavy Duty Griddle is a single-zone gas griddle for fast food outlets, restaurants and catering kitchens that need to grill quickly while keeping flavour and vitamins in the food. It has a smooth cooking plate for even browning of meat, fish, vegetables and eggs, made from chrome-plated 15 mm hardened stainless steel with a satin finish, set into a watertight recess with a fully welded top and no visible join. The chrome coating also reduces heat radiation from the plate. It runs on LPG or natural gas, lights with piezo ignition and has a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple, with the temperature adjustable between 100 and 300 °C. It fits into a 700 mm deep cooking line and can also stand alone on a counter.

Gas connection, 7 kW, supplied with natural gas injectors fitted and an LPG injector set included. External dimensions 400 x 700 x 280 mm, net weight 20 kg. It is fitted with a 1.5 L drip tray and a stainless steel splashguard, and the housing is stainless steel throughout, so coarse residue can be scraped off and the rest wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
